You would have to be psychic and know to get on their waiting list before you’re pregnant. I can’t get any information on how many people are in front of me. I’m just told I’ve only been waiting months, others have been waiting years. Why do you advertise, tour, bring in new clients when it’s unrealistic to service them? It’s beyond frustrating for me. Keep my money, I had to warn others.

The whole staff loving, dedicated and truly passionate. The activities are fun, adapted and - as a parent - I get to see it all happen through their app. It will be a heartbreak to let go of this place when the time comes.

- KSKAREN SHACKLEYApr 20, 20231.0This facility is not recommended at all! Our cousin used them for years and was happy, but it looks as though new leadership isn’t doing a good job. This place accepts more children than they have teachers for. Guess that means $$! The night before our first day a call came from them saying they will not be able to take the kids this whole week due to staffing shortage. Really… wow..that put us in a bind on a Sunday before the next day for work. 😳 The next three weeks have been nothing but a nightmare. They send an email for the week with the allotted number they can take each day(which isn’t much) and you basically have to come before they are full or you get turned away. So- come and wait an hour before the available time and HOPE you get in. 1 or2 days you may and the rest you don’t. So- how long will people keep their jobs if they have to call the boss at the last minute to tell them they can’t come due to childcare. This is not emotional stability for the children to go through this and of course it is stressful for parents! These people have lost our birth certificates several times and keep asking for copies. We have not even gone there one month. We will NOT got back! Steer clear of this place! Save yourself the heartache and hassle!
