You would have to be psychic and know to get on their waiting list before you’re pregnant. I can’t get any information on how many people are in front of me. I’m just told I’ve only been waiting months, others have been waiting years. Why do you advertise, tour, bring in new clients when it’s unrealistic to service them? It’s beyond frustrating for me. Keep my money, I had to warn others.

The whole staff loving, dedicated and truly passionate. The activities are fun, adapted and - as a parent - I get to see it all happen through their app. It will be a heartbreak to let go of this place when the time comes.

- OCO ColeOct 17, 20235.0GREAT EXPERIENCE! We only have great things to say about the attentive staff. The care givers in the infant room seem passionate and dedicated to taking care of the babies! I appreciated their communication- in person and through the App with real time updates. They get to know each family and baby to build trust and foster growth and development. Great experiences with Miss Juliette, Miss Charity and Miss Donna! Great experiences with Miss Shandra and Miss Trish in the front as well. The only thing I would have liked is to send our own food: once baby eats solids they provide food (which I'm sure many parents view as a positive). But overall it's a surprisingly personal experience for a corporate owned daycare.

Every teacher he has had has formed a bond with him and he's learned so much. He's just about 2 and a half and he knows his shapes, colors, alphabet, counting to 10 and so many other things I know he wouldn't have learned staying at home or at an in-Home daycare setting. The director knows all the kids and parents by name and is always friendly and happy. I'm happy I found Childcare Network.
