  Stacie was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to find out what my daughter wanted within her price point and nailed it with the most beautiful romantic gown I’ve ever seen with a fit that is utter perfection!! If you are looking for a gown Studio I Do Bridals is the place to go and don’t forget to as for Stacie!! You won’t regret it; She’s absolutely amazing!

  My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience with Taylor. The store is beautiful and we felt welcomed right away Taylor was patient, kind and really listened to my daughter She took her time with us and found her the perfect dress. She made my daughter feel confident and comfortable. It was a magical experience and I can’t thank her enough for this beautiful memory❣️

  I had the most amazing experience today all thanks to Taylor!! I barely had any idea what I wanted, showed her a few pictures and the first dress she picked out for me ended up being my dream dress!! She was so sweet and encouraging, made me feel so comfortable and went through a ton of dresses with me but I kept going back to the very first one she picked!! Went so much better than I thought it would, wouldn’t have been the same without her!

  This was my second and final appointment at this boutique, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Samantha is an exceptional stylist, and I am truly grateful that she was available once again to help me say yes to the dress. During my first appointment, she took the time to understand my personal style and ensured that I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Lindsey for contributing to this wonderful experience. The 4.5-hour drive was well worth it. The level of customer care and professionalism shown by both Samantha and Lindsey was outstanding, and I am beyond delighted to have found my dress with their guidance. If I were ever to go through this process again (hopefully not!), I would return here without hesitation. Thank you, ladies, for making this such a memorable and enjoyable experience.

  Sad that I have to write a review about this, but I simply want to warn others. First off, I’m giving 3 stars because the say yes to the dress experience was amazing during that first appointment. My family and I had so much fun and our stylist Taylor was super attentive and we could really tell that she enjoyed her job and truly wanted us there. After that though, things went downhill. I would agree with other reviews that I read that said the shop really cares about you during that first appointment but after you buy your dress, you’re just a number and here’s why I feel that way. I was on a tighter than most deadline with finding my perfect dress since I was shopping 7 months before my wedding. However, the dress I fell in love with and ultimately selected had “Rush” options for shipping which I gladly took up and was told that my dress would come in early to mid-July. I was warned that the expected arrival date wasn’t very accurate and that it could actually come sooner. It did not. Come beginning August, I still didn’t have my dress with no follow-up, so I eventually reached out to the store and was told that it was being packed up to ship and that they would have it soon (which was of course great news). I asked about alterations at that point since they have their own in-store, but was told that their alterations team was completely booked up until October - the very month of my wedding - so I obviously couldn’t wait that long. I was super disappointed because I picked this store partially due to them having an in-store alterations team so that I wouldn’t have to drag my dress up and down to other places in case it could get messed up. I foolishly assumed that they would work brides into alterations as their dresses come in, so my biggest advice is to talk with your stylist first during that initial appointment to see what their process actually looks like if you have any interest in having them take care of alterations too. Anyways, the person I was talking to asked if I wanted recommendations for alterations in either Richmond or VA Beach where I asked for Richmond since that’s where we had moved to thinking they would give me a recommendation to a legit shop that they’ve worked with in the past, but nope. They gave me a name and phone number to a random person who used to work with them who is now doing alterations out of her house… As a woman, it is not safe to undress and whatnot for alterations in some random lady’s house especially since I couldn’t look up her business to see reviews about her and her work due to only having her name and phone number… Anyways, all of that to say after you buy the dress, they don’t really care what happens after that point. It all worked out for me because I managed to find someone that did beautiful work during the alterations process and clearly knows what she’s doing (she is also the one that is steaming my dress to get it ready for the wedding this weekend), but don’t choose this shop if you expect more support after the fun “Say Yes to the Dress” experience (or at least make sure you know their process before expecting alterations from their team too).
