- SHSteven HornAug 8, 20251.0Lack of communication and we applied for our daughter to be there toured and sent the director emails and calls finally she answered she told us she didn’t have time to look at our daughter application but would send us a email same day. She never did and haven’t heard anything from her. So we got stuck with no childcare luckily family members are watching her. I wouldn’t recommend them

The staff cares about the children as their own. Clean and safe facility with protocols that put children, bonding, and development first. Teachers that take the time to learn the individual needs of each child and meet them where they are! 10/10 recommend! There’s a reason why they’ve received awards for best of Roanoke and it’s because they work tirelessly to provide quality care to families in the Valley day in and out. Lol (She's a picky eater) She's learning and catching on quickly with the program. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHILDCARE NETWORK!!!!!!!!!!!

We have nothing but positive things to say about the Network! I love seeing how much my now 18 month old is learning. Thanks to daycare, he knows and uses sign language daily! He comes home with numerous art projects, his love of books is encouraged, and he adores dance time! The Childcare Network recently released an application for parents to use so we can see their learning plans for the day, their daily reports, and pictures and videos. Getting those notifications is the best part of my work day! Seeing how much fun he's having with his friends and teachers makes me fully confident we found the right place for him. We are incredibly thankful for the entire staff. There's no doubt that my kids are loved, safe, and learning!
