- JCJasmine ClarkAug 9, 20241.0DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE !!! So much to unpack here . I want to start by saying the teacher Ms . Acasia is AMAZING ! She has always been hands on with my toddler and built a close relationship with him. As far as leadership / management … TERRIBLE!! For the past 2 weeks they have been short staffed (this isn’t the first time ) and has denied children after paying for the week for them to go to the daycare only to not be able to get a refund for something that is THEIR FAULT! They send out messages as you are on your way as if you will get it , only to say they have reached their capacity and won’t allow anymore children because they are out of ratio. Not only that , THE PLACE SMELLS BAD ! It always smells like dirty diapers when you walk in . And the latest thing … THERE IS NO DOOR HANDLE TO ENTER THE BUILDING !! The security is so insecure and as you can see the door is being held open by a block and the handle is missing and has been like this all week. There is no accountability on managements part and instead Ms. Denise the director raises her voice and walks off . Not trying to provide any type of solution for a problem out of our control. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE !! ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING AND THERES NO REAL LEARNING CURRICULAR LIKE THEY SAY ! THEY DONT LOG EVERYTHING IN THE TABLETS LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO AND SOME TEACHERS ARE ALWAYS ON THEIR PHONE IN THE CORNER EVERYTIME I COME TO PICK UP MY SON.

I have witnessed my son writing his name in the classroom and telling me that his teacher has worked with him to help him to write his name. The teachers are now more friendly, interactive and full of energy.
