Lack of communication and the teacher being more focused on their phones over watching the kids was one of biggest factors to seek out a new care provider. We were fortunate to find another Academy in North Salt Lake provided the communication structure and the curriculum that we were looking for for our son and our daughter

- KAKaylin AmelingJul 22, 20195.0We have been using kidcare since december 2017, and have really appreciated working with them. They have a genuine care for the well-being of our kids. I love the artwork the kids bring home, I love the little songs they sing, and games they learn. I really love their media policy, and knowing that my kid isn't just plopped down in front of a t.v. or computer all day to rot away. My kids are happy when I pick them up, excited to tell me about their day, their teachers, their friends. It really puts my mind at ease. I've also had the opportunity to spend a good amount of time in both the baby and toddler classrooms, as they do allow moms to come in and feed their babies during the day (which I LOVE). So, I've spent many, many lunch breaks with my kids when they were/are in those classrooms. The ladies in both classes are top notch. It is so wonderful to see how lovingly they interact with our little ones; firm, yet so kind and caring. Whenever we've had any concerns or issues, Adriana has been so wonderful to work with, reassuring us, and then investigating the issue to help resolve it. She is very approachable, and so so so caring and wonderful with our kids. She remembers little details about what is going on with our kids, and checks in with us regularly. No, Kidcare isn't perfect (because who is!?!) But they are as close as you are going to get!
