- RSRyan StewartJul 13, 20255.0Pumped iron in the church parking lot this afternoon. Can’t say I felt the spirit, unless a hardcore pump sesh is what Jesus feels like? Got a couple weird stares but nothing weirder than being the only one that’s yoked in a crowd of sad Mormons. Nothing I would rather do on a Sunday, than lift weights, drink beers and fist bump with this hawtie. I will say, this church was very familiar to my grandmas house, minus the cursing at her grandkids and let’s hard liquor and passed out relatives throughout the family room by 2 AM, all the things I have grown to love and miss about Nanies house in Kentucky. One time Carl, my aloof uncle or cousin, depending on how you look at it, walked in while I was going duece and just stood there, Cheetos in hand, not willing to share any, and watch me until I was finished. It was a weird way to end my bar-mitzvah to say the least. Anyways, 5/5 gym trip at the church parking lot. Watch out for missionaries, they’ll convert ya if you’re not careful. Praise Jesus
