  My parents have been residents for a few years here and the customer service and personal attention provided to residents and also to me, and my family, has been top notch. They look out for residents living needs but also actually provide personal attention you don't find at most places these days with staffing shortages, budget shortages and stringent government policies changing constantly. They find a way to do it, and have gone the extra mile for my folks and also for our family, many of which are hours away on a daily basis. Thank you for doing your best to understand everyone's challenges and helping preserve residents' dignity with how you go about your processes.
