  My father was coming from a really bad situation, and I was very hesitant after that bad experience. Brian from the facility made it absolutely seamless, and the customer service and care have been amazing, and we haven't even moved in yet. Thank you to the entire team for making this a great experience, and I hope my father really enjoys your location.

  Very caring people. They truly go out of their way to help the residence and their families. Also, it is located in the center of most everything you need.

  We are very thankful for the care my mom receives at Truewood, especially in the Memory Care unit. The staff has been wonderful—kind, attentive, and truly caring. The communication with families is excellent, which gives us so much peace of mind. The Memory Care side is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming. Knowing my mom is in a safe place with people who genuinely care means everything to our family. A special thank you to Jenny, who has been wonderful to work with and helped get us situated during this transition. Christine has shown such warm compassion and kindness, which has meant so much to our family. Bryan has also been incredibly helpful and has gone out of his way to assist with things that were not even part of his job duties. And a special shoutout to all of my mom’s care staff for the patience, dedication, and love you show every day. We truly appreciate everything you do. Thank you so much!!

  Thank you to the great administration and staff at Truewood for the respect, care and compassion you demonstrated while our family member stayed with you. Everyone went out of their way to make her stay comfortable and to engage her in the community and activities. It was comforting to know she was well cared for and cared about. Thank you.
