Our mother spent about nine years at The Reserve. The staff is friendly and cares about its residents. The facility and grounds are clean. They have plenty of activities. And they were very accommodating during multiple apartment moves.

I feel accepted and respected. I feel fortunate to live here. I especially like my apartment. It has a nice view and green grass outside. I feel there are several dedicated employees that care very much about everyone. That includes Shirley Romero, Liina Cuba, and Lulu Issa. They are outstanding compared to the average one.

There are always things to improve but I think as a location and facility to give senior citizens a nice life style, the Reserve does a great job. You have a tough crowd to please.

I’ve unfortunately noticed that when a resident moves into Hospice, the levels of appropriate treatment and communication decline. I’m listed as the POA. Yet, to date Ive never receive updates or calls regarding the patient or their condition, health and treatment. All of which was clearly articulated during the initial consultation, that I was to have been referred to, and informed prior to.
I even mentioned to Elizabeth that concise communication is severely lacking.

I worked with Assisted Living Connections to find this great facility for my Mom who needed respite care after a complicated surgery. Elizabeth, Justin and the entire team were very accommodating, capable and professional with getting her moved into her new studio in very short order. I'm relieved to know she is in the best place she can be with competent care, nurturing support and a thriving social community of residents!
