In a few short months there have been multiple rate increases without notice and 4 injuries. The staff will blow smoke up your butt one day about out how well the pt is adjusting and then call the next day and claim they are acting out and can’t be controlled. It’s all a number game. I know 2 ED’s that have resigned. There’s zero empathy from the staff and high turnover to boot. Then when you call them out for not taking accountability, you’re the bad guy.
