- RCruth craneNov 2, 20251.0People were left in soiled clothing even for meals. Clothes were stolen . Did not clean rooms and take out trash. People would constantly be trying to get in other’s rooms Staff did not supervise tenants who needed constant supervision

The director provides good leadership and always has a smile on her face; which reflects on how the nursing staff provides one on one resident care. The entire staff at Brookdale Midwestern genuinely care about the residents and their quality of life.

I just want to express how the staff and management is caring and compassionate towards their patients. I should say family because that’s how they treat you. They love their job but have a loving compassion for people. Thank you Brookdale. PS. My dad said the food is awesome!!

I was pleased with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Always kind words were spoken even in trying times. It meant a great deal to me that so many of the staff came by to hug Mom in her final day. Some staff delayed leaving for vacation just to be with Mom. This place was like a second family for me.
