- JRJody RogersAug 18, 20223.0My mom has been here since May 2022. Until six weeks ago her care was awesome. Something has changed and made this facility subpar. We have complained five times about mom not being bathed and her room smelling. They blame hospice but if hospice doesn’t do the job, then this care facility is suppose to do the work. I can’t imagine what mom would look like if her care was left entirely up to Brookdale staff. I asked to speak to the two who are in charge and one was in a meeting and the other has a 2.5 hour phone call. I will update this review if things get better or worse. Also, if I am able to speak to Amy or John and get some resolution. Please do not leave your parents here or anywhere without daily visits from family. If you skip a day…things always get worse.
- FMF MJul 1, 20185.0They have taken care of my grandmother with advanced alzheimers for a year now. We go see her 4ish times a week and have never seen anything that gives us concern about the way any of the seniors there are being treated. Would highly recommend!
