There was genuine concern for our needs. No hassles. Any questions we had or obstacles I thought there might be were quickly eliminated. I felt very comfortable discussing my parents needs with Mr Steifer, the director. I feel like he and his staff went above and beyond to help us during a very emotionally trying time. I have seen firsthand the excellent care provided by Brookedale East and wholeheartedly recommend this facility for wonderful senior care living.
