- DDDailmairayNov 6, 20251.0I gave this school 1 star because of their high turnover . It seemed as if my child had a new teacher every-time I came in . My child has attachment issues and seeing a new teacher made it worse . It would be to many kids in 1 room for just 1 teacher to handle . Total chaos. I feel as if management could’ve done better about informing the parents of changes . I would often have to ask the teacher present if my child’s teacher was coming back just to find out she wasn’t . I paid a good amount of tuition to not been notified of things like this . So for me taking my child out was the best thing for us both . I hope in the future the director does better with her line of communication and with hopes she can keep a full staff . Maybe if I’d reached out to corporate things may have changed . I just didn’t see consistency at this school . Classrooms to me were out of ratio quite often . I will say this …. The food would always smell good lol. I always felt like my child was eating good and according to the reports I got it was in fact true .

- AAASHLEY AUSTINApr 25, 20245.0I can honestly say this is an amazing childcare center, I wanted to wait a while before I reviewed to give time to fully be aware of everything, especially since i had a horrble experience at a previous facility. The director & Assistant director are amazing and VERY involved with the kids and the entire facility. As well as super welcoming like a family! The baby room teachers are very attentive to the kids w/a great teacher to child ratio at all times. My son has since moved to the toddlers room, Still getting a feel of the new teachers. But I will say all the staff do take time to acknowledge and tend to all the kids as their own. I really appreciate the experience me and my son have with this childcare it's definitely been a blessing & breath of fresh air. Your child will be in good hands with this facility! Ms. Lugelle, Ms. Leah, Ms. Linda, Ms. Sylvia, & Ms Jessica are true assets to the facility & are definitely deserving of their flowers 💐 for all they do and bring to Childcare Network.
