I am sorry for the other parents' bad experience but I need to review for the great sitters that took care of my kids: namely Jazzy Murray and Lena. They are great with my kids, trustworthy, and deserve a good review. I highly reccomend those two for your kids.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. This is the worst childcare agency I have ever had experience with. I sought backup care through a service (bright horizons) that puts out requests to local agencies to fulfill a need. I indicated an experienced (10 years) caregiver to watch 2 children in my home for the full day, which would require sticking to a routine, preparing meals and keeping my home clean in the meantime. This agency filled the request with amateurs who had coached sports teams or babysat as a teenager. This is not “experienced”! One woman allowed my 5 year old to walk alone to a neighbor’s house and told her to “come back for dinner”. This is unacceptable! First of all, a visit to a neighbor was not pre-approved. Secondly, what sane person would allow a 5 year old to wander the neighborhood by herself without supervision?! There were so many workers (fence construction, gardening) out that day as well. My daughter could have been hurt or even worse, taken. This agency does not care about the importance of childcare. I requested support for the full week so I could have consistency and not bring several strangers into my home. When their original assignment called in sick, the agency continued to try and staff within themselves and gave me different providers (again completely inexperienced) each day and even 2 different providers in a single day. This defeats the purpose of backup childcare. My husband and I had to take time off work every day to coach these amateurs and had I accepted the 2 in 1 day, we would have had to stay home to switch them out. This is ridiculous. The agency should have not taken my request in the first place and allowed other, more highly qualified and professional services to support me. They just want the money and do not care about providing a quality service. UPDATE 1/22/19: the owner’s response to my review clearly reflects their lack of care or attention to detail. The response asserts they “matched my family’s specific needs”, which is clearly a lie based on the facts. Furthermore, how does neglecting a 5 year old child reflect appropriate childcare training and not raise any concern? If you don’t have the resources with the right experience and if it doesn’t make sense (such as splitting the day between 2 caregivers), don’t fill the request.

When we signup to hire a nanny which costs to sign up, they assured us they would find us the perfect one. Come to find out they only had two that were available. One couldn’t fill all the hours we needed. She was also confused about how to make snacks for toddlers. She didn’t wash grapes or cut them, which seemed simple enough to me. The second spent the entire time quizzing me about my profession. I finally left the room to get work done and left her with my three year old autistic son who needed undivided attention. I came back to find her on the phone. I was pregnant at the time so I just walked off to pee. When I got back she was still glued to her phone. Apparently the story was she was emailing her boss at the agency....which I was paying her to do? Long story short we ended up cancelling with them and finding a nanny on our own, after we paid for two days. This agency should train their nannies and set rules for what they expect on the job. I don’t feel like either of the girls were very serious or wanted the job. $20ish an hour was way too much for what we got for those two days.

This service was responsible for sending a Nannie to my home, whom falsely submitted a case to CPS. The case was dismissed the same day. She was not fired. I never spoke with the owner, but I attempted to contact her in several occasions. The service Bright Horizons that they were contacted through didn't seem to care either. Took days to prove my innocence.yes! I had to prove myself! You don't want or need these types of psychos watching your kids.
