our young daughter attended here for a couple years & she really learned a lot, loved her teachers, loved her friends & looked forward to going. She will miss everyone there now that we have moved away! I would recommend this place to others - always felt my child was safe and cared for!

Went in for a tour because I really wanted my kids to attend this location. Would of definitely given a 5 but they didn’t take kids who are not vaccinated, so that’s why I’m giving 2.

- [ ] Great curriculum and teachers! The school teaches math, foreign language, and really prepares them for Kindergarten. My son really enjoyed the school he'd come home not wanting to leave most days. Ms.Kim and Ms.Liz were very helpful with trying to work with my son or resolve issues. The school was actually GREAT until problems occurred. Stephanie was rude from day one, but I overlooked it because I hardly ever saw her or dealt with her going forward! When we did interact I noticed she would greet you sometimes then other times might not say anything. When problems arise with the children she's either nowhere to be found or you ask about the incident she has no idea. My child started to have problems recently & it started to become a thing with him being sent home every other day. He and 2 other classmates would get in trouble consistently. Instead of trying to find a solution or switch classes they automatically send him home. I also noticed I would hardly ever see the owner until these issues started in the last 2-3 weeks. Terry started coming everyday & when I would arrive after being called to come get my son he would never greet me or even make eye contact a lot of times. One day I arrived and he was talking with someone & never stopped to greet me as a parent or try to discuss what’s been going on. The day my son returned I was having a discussion with the teacher about my child & trying to find a solution. Here comes the director trying to listen in on the conversation which she’s hardly ever is in the back of the school in the mornings. The last straw was my child had a situation with another little girl. Director called rudely on the phone not asking how I was doing or explaining how the situation took place she just stated “my child punched a kid in the nose she started bleeding & he needed to be picked up IMMEDIATELY” in a very rude tone & stated he couldn’t come back for the remainder of the week! I got to the school & asked how this incident got started she had no story, but immediately became defensive when I started asking questions working her neck a bit and not acting as a director should. It just seems as though she tried to find a way to get him out of the school. I tried to email the owner to have a conversation about what can be done or to find a solution. Actually I never heard back from him until I called the corporate office. Even then once I heard back from him he wasn’t apologetic for Stephanie’s unprofessional behavior & seems as though he doesn’t really care! When I brought up how she responded to me he sat quietly on the phone like it wasn't a big deal. No solution he doesn’t care if his business is represented the right way or not. Choose wisely!!
