The management team is hands on, professional, accessible and responsive to my questions and concerns. The staff treats my wife with respect and patience. While Brookdale is a smaller facility, it is part of a national corporation. It has the people and resources available to it to deal with problems like the corona virus. It is big enough to provide professional care and small enough to be like family.
