  Making the decision to place a loved one in a care facility is one of the hardest decisions one can face. I visited nine facilities until I entered Brookdale, Richland Hills, and felt immediately at home. As we made this transition, every question or challenge we had was answered by the staff with kindness and a solution. The one thing I never considered was how much my husband would improve. He has now been here for a year, and has such good friends who look after each other. The happiness and friendships he has developed at Brookdale have enhanced his life so much. The staff is so kind and caring. I do not know what we would do without them.

  My mother recently needed a Level B facility for assisted living. She moved to Brookdale Richland Hills. We were extremely impressed by the quality of the staff. Madison, Blake, Shea, Chris and really all the team were wonderful. They were patient with all of our questions and requests. They displayed competence but also genuine compassion and warmth. Thank you to all!

  I have had both my parents at both Brookdale Richland Hills, Tx facilities. The staff at both buildings are the finest around, they treat my parents as if they were their grandparents. The staff is always attentive and when my mother passed recently, they went above and beyond expectations on care and communications. I would always recommend these facilities to put your loved ones in.

  There are not enough words to express the gratitude I have toward the staff and caregivers at Brookdale Richland Hills TX AL Clare Bridge. There are a hundred different ways the staff demonstrate their caring and patience with the residents. I have communicate with Rebecca, she does an excellent job of keeping me informed regarding my mother's care and needs. Although I single Rebecca out, EVERYONE there is excellent. My workload is very heavy, and I cannot visit regularly, but it did not matter what day of week or time of day I arrived, the facility was clean and residents were groomed and doing some type of activity. I went one early one morning, a young lady was vacuuming, and one of the residents was swaying back and forth in her wheelchair. The young lady turned off her vacuum, started singing and and dancing for the resident,. The resident was laughing and clapping. I thought wow... most places someone vacuuming would just want to finish the job, but here the person took a couple of minutes to brighten this person's day and clearly this is a regular event. It was such a sweet scene. During one visit, my mother proudly showed off her fancy new nail polish they had given her a manicure. There really are too many instances of small acts of kindness I have seen here that I cannot mention them all. I would not consider any other place for my mother and highly recommend this facility.

  Brookdale Richland Hills is a fantastic community! Both buildings have staff that truly care for your loved one and want what is best for them. I cannot say enough good things!
