I visited nine facilities until I entered Brookdale, Richland Hills, and felt immediately at home. As we made this transition, every question or challenge we had was answered by the staff with kindness and a solution. The one thing I never considered was how much my husband would improve. He has now been here for a year, and has such good friends who look after each other. The happiness and friendships he has developed at Brookdale have enhanced his life so much. The staff is so kind and caring. I do not know what we would do without them.

Madison, Blake, Shea, Chris and really all the team were wonderful. They were patient with all of our questions and requests. They displayed competence but also genuine compassion and warmth. As a resident of Richland Hills, we will be working on getting this business removed, and hopefully get it replaced with a business more community friendly.
