They go out of their way to get to know the resident and their family. I feel very comfortable with the staff at Brookdale Collin Oaks caring for my mother. The facility is clean and spacious and mom says the food is good. She is happy to call Brookdale Collin Oaks her home.

Everytime I visit Deborah takes extra time to talk with us,and answer all of our questions. She is incredibly caring and is always engaging with the residents. Her compassion goes way beyond anything we could've hoped for! It's not easy when the decision has to be made for your loved one, but I have no doubt that Brookdale is where he belongs. Thanks to Deborah and staff it has been a pleasant experience.
