- GBGayle BlackburnApr 10, 20191.0This place has such a high turnover. The new management is not very knowledgeable. They add charges to your bill without notifying you about it. They only care about the money and do not care about the residents. You pay a high monthly rent for this place you would at least expect hot food. My parents have complained several times of their food being cold. So glad to get my mom out of there after my dad passed away. They also do not accept responsibility for their faults blame it on the resident. I would find someplace else if you are looking for an assisted living facility and stay clear of this place. Very unprofessional.

Her Dad is almost 83 and has been at Saddleridge for almost 3 years. Carla loves Saddleridge and several of the residents are very close friends of hers. Last month she was able to help a Special Lady celebrate her 103 birthday. We live 125 miles from Midland and she usually visits every 2 or 3 weeks. We are both very appreciative of the staff and the closeness of the community that makes up Saddleridge. For Carla, it is her "Home Away From Home".
