- LJLouise JonesOct 8, 20254.0I just want to say that Brookdale is a good average assisted living, staff is friendly, easy to talk to. The food is about average. I would recommend Brookdale, being honest they just need to make some improvement. The environment is great once you become a part of the community, and get to know the residents and staff. The menu needs improvements, need more staff available, and rooms need to be more accessible for handicap residents. Overall the staff is great and it has been a good experience.
- HVHector ValadezJun 23, 20251.0My wife’s grandmother was recently moved out of this facility. What we found was a room that had not been cleaned, roaches and dirty bathroom. This is in addition to dozens of pills all over that were hidden from the staff even though prescriptions should have been crushed prior to being administered. Please give this place a second thought before admitting your loved one. I have no gain in this negative review, only intentions of sparing families thousands of dollars for sub par care.

- KLKaren LaBarreFeb 21, 20195.0Brookdale was our landing spot when Mom was on hospice and Dad was weak and malnourished after arriving by ambulance from Alabama. They opened a door between two smaller rooms so that both Mom and Dad could be cared for by hospice nurses, and a personal aid. (And they could each sleep well knowing the other was a few steps away) After Mom passed, they helped us get Dad's weight up and with love and care assisted us to get Dad healthy enough to come live with us full time! Marti Smith and Kim Trietsch treated ALL of us like family and made Dad feel treasured. (He went from 107 lbs when he first arrived to 134 when he moved in with us.) We are grateful for the wonderful services they provided.
