- VGvicki garzaDec 8, 20251.0Do not take your loved one here! They cannot keep help, it’s one big chaotic mess over there, the food is horrible, and with billing they don’t know what they are doing! They try and bill for services they are not providing! So far this has been the worse experience and we are very unhappy! DO NOT GO HERE😡

What I love most is that they always have activities available for its residents and they help them get around when family members are unable to take them.
- CLcraig lunsfordJun 7, 20134.0We moved my Father to Elmbrook in November of 2012, Our family has been very pleased with the care and compassion we have recived from the staff, My Dad is has a social type personality, Bruce and Christie have done an excellent job of introducing him to people he now calls friends, and providing plenty of things to do to keep him busy and active. We dont have to worry about him at Elmbrook he is checked on throughout the day, has 3 good meals a day and has plenty to do.THANKS ELMBROOK STAFF
