I liked that the kids were separated by age and I know my daughter enjoyed all the field trips they went on. The program was thought out and had a lot of learning opportunities in an interactive and fun way. Thank you!

His first language is not English, so when he first began attending the school, he was not able communicate with his teachers or classmates. However, Ms. Yvonne and Ms. Keila were very understanding, caring, and patient with my child. He quickly adjusted to the school routine, learned so much, and is so happy to go to school now. The teachers are loving in their teaching and disciplining of the students, and I love how welcoming the teachers are to their students every morning. The administrative staff- Ms. Alex, Ms. Nivvy, and Ms. Pam are all wonderful as well. They care for the well-being of children, and they listen to parents’ concerns. All in all, I appreciate that the school is consisted of loving and professional teachers and staff members. Most importantly, my son enjoys going to school!

As first-time parents, we are originally ignorant of the different types of institutions. (Daycare vs. Early learning school). At 2 years old, we specifically began looking for a SCHOOL for our son. We initially enrolled our son at the Ivy Kids Silver Ranch. He was there for 6 months, and we received 0 feedback, updates, strengths and weaknesses assessed, and a curriculum (many of these things we were promised). It was a daycare, not a learning facility. I reached out to the Goddard School and Ms. Nevie advised that they had an opening, and we met with Ms. Alexandra toured the school. Everyone was so welcoming, and they even allowed me to bring my son by to meet his teacher before the transition. Within 4 months, our son has learned the entire alphabet, can count to 30, and knows all of the different types of animals and their sounds! We were informed that after analysis and feedback from his teachers that he is ready to begin transitioning to the "Get Set" class! We are elated. We feel welcome. We feel secure. We can see through tadpoles all of the activities they work on daily with specific descriptions and breakdowns of the activities and identify the goals and objectives. The Goddard School has definitely established a high bar for our educational standards moving forward, and we are grateful to be part of the Goddard family. ‐--- 1 year update! Ms. Ana and Ms. Mari have both been tremendous mentors for our son. He has fostered relationships that I believe he will carry throughout his life! He feels so happy at school, comfortable and loved in all environments. My husband and I are constantly impressed by his ability to communicate with us and his ability to reflect on himself! Choosing the Goddard School was one of the best decisions we made for our family. I can only hope that we continue to find like-minded institutions as our children continue to progress through their education.

Our daughter has gotten great confidence in her journey to read and write. Ms. Allison creates an amazing environment to learn!! She is a calm and kind educator and her experience shows. Ms. Ana and Ms. Mariangelica’s 2-3yo class is also fantastic. Our son has thrived in that class under their guidance and care. Ms Lily’s first step class teachers are always soo loving to the 1 year -18 month year olds. Our little guy barely even looks back when he runs in there for hugs. You can tell how well they love the kiddos. There are so many other teachers we have loved so much there (Reyna, Aryana, Jessie, Magdi, Sally, Mariana etc.). We are thankful to have such a great Goddard family!!

Yes, The Goddard School® is an early learning institution that focuses on the social, emotional, physical and academic development of children from infancy to pre-k. Our highly trained and motivated faculty develop experiential lesson plans for all age groups that reflect the skills, abilities and interests of the children in each classroom.

What is a typical day at The Goddard School like?
In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
In our preschool and pre-k classrooms, we add more school preparation and readiness by focusing on academic skills as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills. Teachers support children as they investigate the world around them. Children learn how to ask and answer questions, work with others, navigate social situations and understand and communicate their own thoughts and feelings.
Our teachers expertly create supportive classrooms for all children to safely learn and test new social, academic and physical skills throughout a typical routine that includes morning and afternoon snack time, lunch, naptime, exploration time, small and large group experiences and outdoor play.
What types of qualifications do Goddard School teachers and caregivers have?
Our experienced Goddard School teachers meet all state and/or local regulations and have access to continuous training provided by their state and our own Goddard University. We train teachers on a regular basis in health and safety regulations, education standards and more.
Can any of the families in the School opt out of vaccinating their children?
In many states, children who are not vaccinated because of exemptions based on medical condition or sincerely held religious beliefs attend The Goddard Schools. If your child is not vaccinated, please contact the owner of The Goddard School to inquire as to whether exemptions may apply as not all exemptions are recognized in every state. To ensure the health and safety of everyone, if an outbreak occurs and a child has not been vaccinated, they will be asked to stay at home.
What supplies do I need to provide for my child?
Please provide any necessary personal care supplies for your little one, such as diapers, wipes, a change of clothing and naptime bedding. For infants, please supply a crib sheet. For toddlers and older children please bring a blanket and/or sleeping bag. Many of our locations also ask that you pack lunch for your child each day.
