I was very content when my child started here , the director and most of the staff is very friendly and welcoming but the quality of care has gone down tremendously in the last couple of months . Most of the nice teachers left when the summer ended and I’m not happy with the care my child has been receiving lately , no updates during the day in the app or in paper, no activities and the current teacher has a weird attitude whenever I go pick my child up. My child also gets sick every week after attending, I would suggest some measures to try to prevent the spread of infections… I am starting to look for other childcare options if things don’t improve.

I do not like to give bad reviews but Mr. Hewitt earned it. I called to get information and prices and I talked to Tammy on July 18th.. She was excellent! I told her that my daughter couldn't afford the weekly payment and she offered me a scholarship and that opened a possibility. She asked me a lot of questions and set up an appointment for us to have a tour. I received few reminders about our appointment, apparently, sent by the system. When we got there on July 21st, at 5:30 p.m. no one opened the door (no receptionist), we entered because a mom allowed us (safety issue). We walked in and told the man who was in the first office (Mr. Hewitt) the purpose of our visit. He didn't even stand up when he saw us, he was on his computer. We sat down and immediately, he gave us the weekly rate without even give us the tour. We explained to him that Tammy gave us a different quote and offered a scholarship and he said he didn't know who was her, and didn't even try to call the main office to find out. We stood up and told him that my daughter couldn't afford his rate. When we were living his office he said byeeeeee, in a sarcastic tone. Mr. Xavier Hewitt, as the director of the day care showed no professionalism at all, lack of interest and courtesy.
Believe or not, my daughter got billed for two weeks and had to call to let them know that we even had the tour.

Very disappointed in this daycare. I inquired about the facility at the beginning of October I informed the assistant director upon meeting for a tour that my child had autism. After the tour I was emailed the enrollment packet. I did not go to enroll my child until the end of October. I did call and make sure the spot was still available and I was told it was. By the end of the week I was called and told my child could start that following Monday. At the conclusion of my child's first day, I finally met the director who informed me that she did not even bother looking at my child’s enrollment information until after the registration fee payment was made… To then follow with stating that in order for my child to continue care at their facility they would require an IEP (mind you, my child is only 3… NOT school aged). I advised the director Adrienne Coleman that my child was not getting evaluated for services until mid to late December. In that, she stated my child could not return to their facility. I was not advised of this policy prior to enrolling and paying for services with this center. NOR is it stated anywhere in their policy and procedure book that an IEP is a requirement. She also tried to tell me there was a section on my application asking for auxiliary accommodations which has nothing to do with my child having autism as my child does not have visual impairments. So when she said she would not accept my child in her center I requested a refund. She said she would have to “ask” the district manager to get approval but did not provide me the name and contact information of the district manager. Now I am out of not only $300 but also childcare for my daughter and I have started a new job. None of this so-called policy was stated to me when I inquired about services. They proudly took my money AND turned my child away.

Clean place! Staff is very friendly and nice! Ms. Amy is very nice to kids! Since my daughter has been here she has not gotten sick. They keep it clean and teach kids to wash hands. Highly recommend!
