I had a terrible experience with this daycare, and I would not recommend it. I have a child with spina bifida, and when I initially contacted the center, I was clear about my child's needs. The staff assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and even confirmed with a supervisor. I scheduled a tour, and when we arrived, two staff members were outside on smoke breaks right near the playground, which was not the best first impression.
The tour itself went fine. We were given all the necessary information, and I met the caregiver who would be working with my child—she was very sweet and seemed competent. I mentioned again that my child has spina bifida, making sure they were aware of any special care that might be needed.
However, after ONE week of this process, when we arrived for the first day of daycare, we were suddenly told they couldn’t accept my child because of his condition. This was after I had been upfront and discussed it multiple times. It was a huge waste of our time, and I felt like they didn’t care at all about how their lack of communication and organization impacted us. Clearly, they don't value their customers' time or effort to make child care arrangements.
This whole situation has been frustrating and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not trust this daycare with any child, let alone one with special needs. Highly do not recommend! If I could give a ZERO star I would. Even a 1 star would be a step up from the horrible experience with this place.

I was very content when my child started here , the director and most of the staff is very friendly and welcoming but the quality of care has gone down tremendously in the last couple of months . Most of the nice teachers left when the summer ended and I’m not happy with the care my child has been receiving lately , no updates during the day in the app or in paper, no activities and the current teacher has a weird attitude whenever I go pick my child up. My child also gets sick every week after attending, I would suggest some measures to try to prevent the spread of infections… I am starting to look for other childcare options if things don’t improve.

I do not like to give bad reviews but Mr. Hewitt earned it. I called to get information and prices and I talked to Tammy on July 18th.. She was excellent! I told her that my daughter couldn't afford the weekly payment and she offered me a scholarship and that opened a possibility. She asked me a lot of questions and set up an appointment for us to have a tour. I received few reminders about our appointment, apparently, sent by the system. When we got there on July 21st, at 5:30 p.m. no one opened the door (no receptionist), we entered because a mom allowed us (safety issue). We walked in and told the man who was in the first office (Mr. Hewitt) the purpose of our visit. He didn't even stand up when he saw us, he was on his computer. We sat down and immediately, he gave us the weekly rate without even give us the tour. We explained to him that Tammy gave us a different quote and offered a scholarship and he said he didn't know who was her, and didn't even try to call the main office to find out. We stood up and told him that my daughter couldn't afford his rate. When we were living his office he said byeeeeee, in a sarcastic tone. Mr. Xavier Hewitt, as the director of the day care showed no professionalism at all, lack of interest and courtesy.
Believe or not, my daughter got billed for two weeks and had to call to let them know that we even had the tour.

My daughter has been coming here since she was a newborn and as a new mother, you know how difficult it is to leave your baby with people you don’t know. I took a chance due to the reviews and I am so amazed at how well-taken care of she is here. Her teachers Mary and Cheryl are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Everyone at this school made me feel at ease. My daughter is now 5 months old and she’s always been clean, never had a rash, and always smiling. This place is so safe for babies. They label everything and make sure they follow all guild-lines. They love my daughter like their own and I’m proud to say they are part of my little village! Please put your babies here! You won’t regret it. ❤️

My daughter started at this facility in May or June of last year 2024 and at first it was a change, but her teacher Miss Michelle has been wonderful! She has been patient with the adaptation of my baby. My daughter also loves coming in and seeing Miss Adrian at the front desk every morning. We definitely love this location and hope we can stay as long as we can.
