- KWKarla Welch5 days ago1.0Worst experience ever! While residing at this property I had to move two months prior to my leasing terminating due to inadequate (cold) water supply in my unit. The business office Manager, Ana Estevez provided me with that option. Several months later I received an outstanding balance in the amount of $1300 by a collection agency stating that Emerson Pines hired them to collect the debt. I reached out to Ms. Estevez and was advised that it was a mistake and she would contact her accounting department to rectify the matter. Needless to say, I’m still fighting this matter months later with this property while my credit hangs in the balance because of their error. The management team is awful. They cover up and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. Poor Management! Escalated to their Management, Investors Property with hopes of resolving this matter.

Here and the place is beautiful. It's gated and I recommend all people 55 and over. It doesn't matter if you're veteran or not to come here and please come here. They have apartments available. They have a beautiful pool. They have everything here, so please reach out to these people immediately. And? This staff is entirely one hundred percent great

There are many sponsored activities and excursions. Everyone always looks forward to the newsletter. It lets us know what new and exciting Adventures are ahead. The grounds and maintenance are On Point. Management is exemplary. Would definitely recommend.
