We do have issues with rusty water when it first comes out of the pipes (because the place is older), yet we have filters for that, which helps some. The courtyards are lovely, my neighbors are friendly, and the staff is courteous and responsive to my needs. The maintenance men should be especially commended for their prompt attention and efficiency when I needed work done. My apartment is more than adequate for a single person. It is a quiet and tranquil place to relax, rest, and recover from a busy out-and-about day. I highly recommend Emerson Pines. Glad my friend told me about it.
