She has a wonderful sense of independence and has really discovered her love of crafts with all the creative options available to her. She feels safe and knows she is not alone and someone is always there to check in with her through out the day or if she needs help. She has made lovely friends and enjoys her new social life with people her own age.

Not only did they take great care of her - but they also took great care of us - her family- as well. They are such sweet angels - every single one of them!! While there, she had a stroke and became less mobile and all the staff there has really stepped up to help. Maury and Nelson are always available and ready to assist. Ms D goes the extra mile as does Tera and Ms V and all the support staff. We know that we have chosen the right place for our loved one and we are very happy to have found this wonderful haven for our family.
- HBHelen BergerJun 21, 20221.0We would never do it again. We were assured that this would be a great fit for my 90 year old mother who was leaving her home of 54 years. We were told that she would be loved on & cared for in a loving “ community”. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Zero compassion & love was shown to her from day one. She felt like an outcast from the staff & cried every single day to be taken out. We were working on it. Unfortunately she died one month after entering Brookdale. No one seemed to care that she had passed away. Not one card, expression of sympathy. The biggest concern was getting their key back. It was a horrible week packing up her things. Not one person said one thing to us, & had not told the residents in her building that she had passed. We have to drive by everyday & see this place, & our hearts drop to our feet. We can’t look. We can never recommend this place to anyone. It is our honest opinion that all Brookdale employees should get some kind of sensitivity training. Every patient is different & has unique needs.
