  My father, Fred has been here for five years. The staff is so caring. The food is good and the staff work hard to meet dietary preferences. Even before you walk inside; you can tell you're in the right place. Residents are often outside enjoying the sunshine. Christy Brown, Executive Director leads a great team. The activities are great. It seems as if the whole town of Henderson visits regularly. There's always something happening. Fred is in room 208. He makes crosses in his room and would love to give you one and pray for you. I am so pleased Dad can call this place home.

  If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Some of the staff are amazing. Unfortunately the "administrator" and other key members of administration including corporate. Will lie, gaslight, manipulate you and your loved one. Fully be prepared for the money and rates to rise on you every few months. Fully expect that if your loved one needs speacilized care up to including memory care wound care diabetic management ect Brookdale does not care how a individual may suffer as long as they are kept as a patient for money, despite this locations lack of skilled or competent staff. Do your self a favor and avoid this place at all costs! Nothing but fake smiles and a fake facade. If your interested in Brookdale which I would steer clear from all together but if you must check the tyler location.
