  My parents moved to Brookdale in Farmers Branch at the end of 2022. I couldn't be happier with the management staff and caregivers that work at that location. Professional, kind, always working to support the needs of the residents. 5 stars all the way around!

  The staff at this facility are great. They know each resident. It is amazing how they keep it all straight. They know what is going on with each resident and their health. They are great at communicating with family members. There are only a handful of Doctors that come to these facilities to see patients, which is great for the family members. It is very convenient to have a doctor that comes to the patient. Dr. Hirjee is one that works very closely with this facility and is very concerned about each patient. It is clear her priority is the health of the patient's that select her as their doctor. Keep up the good work everyone

  This facility has been the best in the area for the price. It's very clean and the residents there seem very content. The floor plans offered are ideal. There always seem to be workers present. I saw motorized wheelchairs getting around with no problem. There's a section of the facility that is blocked off with doors that require codes designed with the memory care patients in mind for their safety which is good. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was when I visited a few times I was never asked if I needed help finding a room or resident even though workers saw me walking around. I worry about just anybody being able to walk in and look around who may not need to be there.

  With the changes in on-site management. The residents seem to be getting a more personalized and positive community experience. I also enjoy visiting with my family member in residence. The only complaint that I hear is the menu selection given to the residents.

  The Brookdale Farmers Branch staff welcomed my Mom as a resident a year ago, within two weeks of my Dad's passing. They were compassionate, caring and committed to helping my Mom forge a new path. I see this commitment playing out today just as strongly as it did through those first very difficult months. It is clear to me that the individuals who comprise the Farmers Branch staff look upon what they do as a calling. And my Mom is blessed to have found her way to them.
