They do not take the necessary protocols for reporting incidents and making parents aware of any incidents that occurs while in their care. As a parent I expect transparency and immediate reporting of any incidents involving child safety. My niece sustained an injury while at this daycare and we were left with no explanation, no call, and no incident report. I hope this review encourages other parents to ask hard questions and demand better communication. Our children deserve safe environments and parents deserve to be informed when something goes wrong.

The Director Chankista did not show any kind of professionalism, was not very welcoming, and hardly showed any kind of empathy! My bestfriend is going through a tragic event that occurred at this facility leaving her 2 year old daughter in a cast! Chankista was very clueless to how the situation transpired. They are very neglectful when it comes to these babies. Only person who seemed like they actually cared is Ms. Janice in the infant room. Although, I did question when none of the babies who sit up have chairs they can sit up in versus laying on the ground or in the crib crying. Instead send them to KID ZONE down the street off McKinney! They are amazing! Very organized, structural, and caring!

The staff has helped in the education of my child as well as keeping her safe and making her feel safe. I just want to say thank you to the staff and keep up the good work. Job well done!
