I removed my daughter from a good daycare so she can be close to my work. At first it was all about the convenience. Honestly my expectations were low because I thought I had it good at the former daycare. Imagine my SURPRISE, 3 days into our attendance I can’t STOP myself from singing their PRAISES every time we get home and to my colleagues, I find myself telling my husband how great My Small Wonders 318 truly is, who knew we were moving to an even GREATER PLACE. Truly exceptional staff and great leaders, Director Timothy is always around helping both parents and kids, supporting the staff and making the environment feel safe and full of love. Ms. Maria our home room teacher is very good with the kids. If you are looking for a place that not just keeps your children but teaches them to be more opened, participate in activities and be school ready, LOOK NO FURTHER. This is it. Thank you My Small Wonders 318 Dallas.

Toured place and received link to apply online, they told me via email I was approved and everything ready to go . When we got there for our child’s first day they did not have any of our information and we had to wait for an hour for another application to be submitted. We still gave it a shot and took our child to the room. It was his first time at a daycare so he was upset and crying. But we decided to wait in the hallway hidden from his view until he calmed down. To our surprise he was able to open the door and ran out of the classroom and the teacher followed 5 seconds later worried. I’m so surprised they would just let a child run out of room into the hallway, is there no child locks? So after wall that we diced to just take him home. And to make it even worse why I’m writing this negative review with 1 star is our kid was there for only 20 minutes and they are STILL attempting to change us for a whole year weeks even though we re not coming back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

We absolutely love rosewood acedmy!!! Our son is in the toddler 1 class and has already learned so many new things! His social and interactive development has grown so much since starting. The director is awesome and the app to keep up with the kiddos throughout the day is the best! I couldn’t think of one negative thing to say about these guys! Thankyou for all you do :)

It looks good on the outside. But they are always short staffed and overpopulated. Ratio is so bad the director helps. Sometimes it’s over 10 babies and one teacher. The burners are black, the boppy pillows are filthy. Babies are always left unattended and crying. I have heard of several other parents pulling their child for the same reasons. Stay clear away! You are doing more harm to your child than good sending them here. Yes everything seems nice but look closely. It is not what it seems. Poor children, this place should not be open. For what they charge they should have no problem employing quality staff. Instead they only employ whoever they can get. The staff are not professionals it’s literally people they randomly bring in. Ask them how long they have worked there or their work history. The proof is in the pudding. I bet they have immediate openings...lol Can you guess why? Bless your hearts.

I can't say enough about how much my husband and I appreciate Rosewood Academy! When our little girl had to attend day care, it was the HARDEST day of my life. The director, staff and teachers were so supportive! They made me feel very comfortable visiting the day care in advance of her first day and have an open door policy. They even hugged me when I cried dropping her off. While I think going back to work was difficult, I feel very strongly that the folks at Rosewood made it as easy as possible for our family. My daughter has been attending Rosewood for about six weeks now and she seems really love it. She LOVES her teachers (Ms. DD in infant room 3 is the absolute best) and has a big smile every day when she sees them. Being a first time parent, her teachers very supportive and helpful. Her development is advanced; we are often surprised at what she learns each day. I never write online reviews but I know how hard it is to find a daycare you can trust as a working parent. I would highly recommend Rosewood to any parents out there!
