She stayed fully engaged with both of our kids, who have very different personalities and needs. She played with them, communicated clearly throughout the day, and helped us feel completely at ease. By the end of her visit, she’d genuinely won both kids over. We also appreciated how easy Jovie was to work with and how responsive they were in making sure we had the coverage we needed.
