- BLButterfly LSep 26, 20251.0Literally be careful where you place you’re elderly parents or grandparents. This is no rehabilitation where they are taking care of you well. Supposedly this place suppose to help restore someone’s health to normal life through training and therapy after illness or surgery, but instead 2 days in and my mom falls because no one seems to answer the lights when a patient calls. You would think they actually would read a patients report visually impaired, Dyalisis patient, ( foot problems Second of all, she cannot be late to her dialysis treatment and she arrived late with no assistance to help her change in the morning. Transportation and care 👎👎 Just recently my mother confesses to me that she was given insulin when she didn’t need it and through the night she remembers one of the girls trying to give her snacks half conscious because her sugar dropped and that she was super sweaty ! If she would have told me this I definitely wouldn’t have left my report as a written only. You definitely need to make sure the nurses get additional medication aide training immediately before something tragic happens to anyone else ! I definitely don’t recommend this place.

What a difference this facility and the personnel made in their lives. They loved it there. The facility is nice but the people make it great. Caring, thoughtful people that really care and build great relationships with the residents. We are very happy we found Brookdale Assisted Living.
- TUTom, USAug 21, 20225.0My 96 year old Dad resides here. He’s lived here for 3 years and likes it. The staff are nice and pretty responsive. Good meals 3 x daily, transportation for medical appointments. I would highly recommend this place.
