My babies have been attending since they were in the infant class, now they are in the 1 and 3 year old class. Since they been here they have learned so much. My 3 year old is potty trained after a week and half. Mrs.Bobby is truly a loving teacher. My 3 year old tells me every night he wants to go to school tomorrow.
My 1 year old is finally trying to talk and is always happy when we pick him up and drop him off.

During my child's month hear... I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. My baby was 4 weeks when starting. In that time, he was sent home with several other infants belongings, that I returned to the daycare. The clothes that they sent in the bags were always wet so that let me know not just my child was not being checked hourly bit other children were soiling through there clothes as well. Secondly they would wrap h in another child's blanket when his was sent daily and an extra in his bag. Also he was running out of diapers so fast constantly. On the daily check where they check off what he has drunk for the day, it was always 4 oz the check off. I send 5, 8 oz bottles a day that lets me know he drank 2 bottles in 1 but he would have 3-4 empty bottles daily... That also let me know they are just checking things off and pouring his milk out. The staff was constantly leave every morning at opening time. And it always seem to be some drama going on when I walked in the door. Donna was always screaming at a kid or she was on the phone going in on someone. Unprofessional to say the least. I wouldn't recommend this place especially when his facility at all.

DO NOT use Childcare Network #198 on Clark Rd Cedar Hill! If you don’t already “Plead the Blood of Jesus” on your Child you better do so if you leave him/her at this facility. NEGATIVE 5 STARS (-5) was not an option. They must have given discounts or some kind of hook-ups for the 5-star reviews. If you click on some of the reviewers you’ll see their child isn’t there anymore they’re showing 5-star reviews for other centers. This was my daughter’s last choice in daycare until an available spot came up elsewhere and rightfully so. The manager and assistant manager are VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I’m not sure who hired them or why they’re in charge of anyone’s daycare facility. I’m a Veteran Retired and have dealt with many daycare centers for my children, grand, nieces and nephews this is by far the WORST facility I’ve ever seen. No Structure your child would do better staying home watching YouTube kids videos. The door that leads to the classrooms need to be replaced has about a 2 inch gap between the door and the frame and it works whenever. I walked in twice and it was unlocked, no one at the desk, I yelled HELLOO no one answered, I walked past 2 classrooms for sure to get to my grandson’s room and wasn’t challenged by anyone. I called the main number, after management kept telling me it worked when I know it didn’t. The owner went there to check it out said it worked fine and she’d have them keep an eye on it however, I got pure attitude from Monica who even talked bad about me to my daughter and sister-in-law the next day when they were dropping my grandson off. I was concerned about her safety as well as the children and she gets mad because her boss came over to check it out! How awful! Safety should be first! Children there “all” have runny noses probably because the vents, floors, and furniture are filthy. Kids’ faces are always dirty when you pick them up. On my grandson’s first day he cried as expected but about 4 of the children started crying and reaching for me “Red Flag”. Day 2 he almost knocked a kid down trying to get out of there and now he had a runny nose. In his 8 day stay there he came home vomiting one day, I picked him up one day, he was outside playing in the yard all wet 50º and windy outside, another day his stool was almost white like he’d eaten chalk or something, per his doctor he had to be monitored for 24 hrs. and brought in if it didn’t get better, thank God it did. Yet another someone’s child was crying uncontrollable, the attendant said she was tired of him crying and hitting on her all day, I think the parent should have been called the child may have been sick “ALL DAY”! In those eight days, if we mentioned school my grand-baby would scream, run and hide. On his last day the manager and assistant wouldn’t even look at me, they just stood there, heads turned like Good Ridden! I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this facility to anyone and after reviewing Texas Health and Human Services website dfps.state.tx.us I really found out what kind of folks they hire at this center; one worker was fired for choking a child. My grandbaby is at a new center that’s structured, with educators not babysitters, he doesn’t cry when you mention school, the staff is wonderful, with real Love for children, he’s safe and he’s really happy. Don’t take my word about CCN #198, just pop in unannounced for a tour and see for yourself, it’s like a mini prison for babies. Please pray for those precious little babies.

We are watching our grandson, who is almost 2, much of the time while our son is away at work. This custody was unexpected for him and for us! We were worried that our grandson may have some disabilities because he wasn't communicating or socializing with any other children. He wouldn't look us in the eyes or bring toys to us to have us play with him.
We placed him into Childcare Network and a month later we are seeing a different boy! He's learning soooo much, and he literally runs into his class every morning looking for his friends. He makes eye contact, listens to directions, is learning new words...he's a different boy than he was 6 weeks ago!
I love the teachers at Childcare Network because they really take the time every day to update me on his progress. They truly care about him, and it show!
