Our daughter has been attending Childcare Network since December 2024, and while I had some initial concerns during the first few months, everything has improved significantly since then. A new infant teacher was hired, and when Ms. Kyla took over, the change has been nothing short of wonderful. Ms. Amara in the infant room is incredibly attentive and caring. She regularly engages with the babies through activities, and I love getting updates and pictures on the app. My little one was a bit behind on some milestones, but thanks to Ms. Amara's guidance (tummy time, targeted toy placement, helping her sit up, etc.), she's almost caught up to where she should be for her age. Ms. Kyla has truly transformed the center since stepping in as Assistant Director and recently becoming Director. She is always accessible, communicative, and approachable. She’s the reason I decided to keep my daughter enrolled, even before Ms. Amara joined. I’m so grateful I gave them the chance to show us how much they care. I also would like to mention I have shown up unannounced at random times and have not seen anything concerning. I am always greeted with a Hello! I’m so happy I stayed, and I can see how much our daughter has benefited from being here!

My sons went here from August 2024-June 2025. Mrs. Kyla, Mrs. Brenda, Ms. Jimena and Ms. Jesarela are gems. Your kids are in good hands with them and my kids were happy. We only left because we moved.

My child has been going here for over a year. He started in the infant room and is now in the 18+ room. I had the experience of interacting with most of the teachers & all of the recent director changes. I can honestly say they have some of the sweetest teachers, & the director has shown a lot of improvement of the new staff. There are a lot of gems here & if you ever have any issues they take care of it immediately. Ms Jay, Ms Kyla, Ms Charmion, Ms Brooke, Ms Malana & a few others are really a blessing, especially for a first time mother like myself. There are more teachers here that if you have a chance to meet, you’ll understand the 5 star rating. Even the new hires are extremely sweet & kind to my child. The only recommendation I have for this facility is for the parents to have access to a camera throughout the day. We really appreciate you all!

I normally do not write reviews, however I find it necessary to let people know of the poor experience my two year old daughter received at this facility. First, I observed the teacher through the two way glass simply ignoring her when she was upset. She made no effort to comfort her. My daughter came home with nail marks on her under arms three days in a row. And to top it off, their sanitary skills were extremely poor concerning diapering. Needless to say we left that school within 2 weeks, and submitted a formal complaint to the director. Worst daycare I have taken my children to.
