Our daughter has been attending Childcare Network since December 2024, and while I had some initial concerns during the first few months, everything has improved significantly since then. A new infant teacher was hired, and when Ms. Kyla took over, the change has been nothing short of wonderful. Ms. Amara in the infant room is incredibly attentive and caring. She regularly engages with the babies through activities, and I love getting updates and pictures on the app. My little one was a bit behind on some milestones, but thanks to Ms. Amara's guidance (tummy time, targeted toy placement, helping her sit up, etc.), she's almost caught up to where she should be for her age. Ms. Kyla has truly transformed the center since stepping in as Assistant Director and recently becoming Director. She is always accessible, communicative, and approachable. She’s the reason I decided to keep my daughter enrolled, even before Ms. Amara joined. I’m so grateful I gave them the chance to show us how much they care. I also would like to mention I have shown up unannounced at random times and have not seen anything concerning. I am always greeted with a Hello! I’m so happy I stayed, and I can see how much our daughter has benefited from being here!

So far the best school ever. Miss Mukti and Miss Cassidy are so great with my son he is been in the school for year and a half. The teachers are great Miss Nene and her sister are his favorite and Miss Aaniqa as well. Me and my hubby are so great full for this school. That really do a great job in shaping their little minds. My son has a new teacher Miss J she is amazing and my son adores her. He can’t stop talking about her.. every time I ask him he ll go “Miss J did this. Miss J did that” and he ll light up the entire room thank you Miss J

My daughters have been going to this childcare for 4 1/2 years and I wouldn't have it any other way! I'm very particular when it comes to my kids and this childcare facility has never given me any reason to leave. I love their attention to detail and schedule of activities throughout the year. My kids have grown to love their teachers and even miss them on the weekends, which really says a lot. I have & will continue to recommend this childcare to anyone searching in this area.

My daughter has been at this location four 4 months, and we liked it at first until she started coming home with scratches and bite marks all over. We only received an incident form 3 out of 11 times. Their communication and effort to address the situation is disappointing when they are supposed to be caring for my child. I understand that children bite, but it's a bit excessive here. We feel like our child is being abused right in front of these teachers' eyes and they aren't doing anything about it. Also, they have got to be using her supplies on other children or something, expect to double up on your supplies expenses if you take your child here. Also, she always came home with a snotty nose and a wet diaper. What am I paying them for? Needless to say, we found an academy with a better teacher to student ratio where the weekly rate is a bit lower.
