Who ever the young lady driving bus # 13 flying through school zones and stops signs in a school zone needs to be addressed. That's serious.

I was driving and encountered one of their school buses. It was bus 14. The driver of said bus was driving very erratically and not using any turn signals. They were swerving in and out of traffic going well over the speed limit. Almost hit my car and several others!! Luckily there were no kids on the bus. If there had been I’d be worried about their safety. This needs to be addressed immediately. I would not want my child to be transported by this daycare after seeing what I saw today. And just because there weren’t any kids on the bus doesn’t give an excuse to drive reckless. If you are going to provide transportation for your daycare. There are certain standards that should be set and followed.

This is the worst daycare you can send you children, please parent's (DON'T PUT YOU’RE POOR BABIES HERE, )starting with Heather Riley the Director, in numerous occasions I let her know, what' was going on with the teachers miss treating others kids because I saw them ( I wish i knew the parent's to let them know) and they never did nothing until one day I came to find out this teacher was screaming on my daughter face, she didn't report that "accident " when she's supposed to report accidents like this one to here supervisor every time it happens, she knows her teachers are bad and doesn't have the patience to be with kids and she doesn't do anything, but the worst part it's when she call me one evening to let me know a "accident " happen with my kid when she was in the restroom, other boy kid touch my daughter and they didn't call me until it was almost time to pick her up, when all this happened in the morning, she said!! it's nothing to WORRY ABOUT IT they're Kid's!!!! Heather told me a hole different story then my daughter, also the ticher who was supposed to be watching this Kid's said a different story as well, Of course I call the police and her supervisor, since a teacher from another class room(she was there helping for the nap time and my daughter told her what happen in the restroom) confirmed thesame version of the story my daughter was telling me when I ask her what happened.

I absolutely love this daycare! Robin & Heather are so friendly, helpful, and relatable when comes down to taking care of my daughter! My daughter always lights up an bright smile for both directors & staff members (even other older kids acknowledge my daughter with love & kindness). I also would like to thank Andrea, Paige, and Katherine for being so attentive when it comes to taking care of my kiddo! All these ladies go above & beyond all measures to make sure the kids are their #1 priority. They're also so caring & creative in the classroom. Keep it up ladies! You all deserve a pat on the back for watching kids 12hrs each day 5 days a week! Childcare Network is also does a great job with the latest updates for changes occurring at the daycare. Updates such as COVID policies, daycare shutdowns, and very cute weekly post on daycare events. I also the Kidsreport app! Sometimes it does get glitchy from time to time. But I love how you can see photos and daily report card of your child. I wish they took more than 2 pictures of my child, but I can settle for 2 since they have to manage an whole classroom. One suggestion I would like to make is to send more art work home. I get some from time to time, but I am an hoarder when it comes to achieving every milestone or piece of art my daughter makes. Thank you ladies & staff members at Childcare Network!
