  They go above and beyond to help grieving families. After a while they even send a grief counselor to check and see you are doing. They handled my mother with great care and respect!

  Wonderful Experience in a difficult time. The owners and staff took numerous phone calls from myself and my sister and we were treated with kindness and respect as well as in person. They listened to our needs and desires and offered a perfect plan for my brother’s service. Thank you for your outstanding service to your community and especially our family! Highly Recommended!!!

  I was skeptical because as a black woman I didn’t know if they would be sympathetic to me but to my surprise this is a Mixed family business! When I thought I would be meeting strangers I met family. I am SO HAPPY I called. They cared about my fetus & me and I know they cared because they DON’T charge to cremate fetuses/babies. Thank you for making the process easy when I didn’t know whether I was coming or going.

  During one of the most heartbreaking times of my life, Crotty Funeral Home was truly a blessing. After having a very disappointing and painful experience with Serenity Celebrations of Life — who delayed picking up my daughter, failed to communicate clearly, and neglected our urgent requests — we turned to Crotty, and the difference was night and day. From the moment we contacted them, the team at Crotty was professional, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. They treated us with genuine care and made sure every step was handled thoughtfully. They were attentive to our needs and also provided services specifically designed to support parents with younger children, which meant so much to our family. Every person we interacted with carried themselves with grace and professionalism. They were organized, patient, and kind — traits that are so important during such a vulnerable time. I truly felt like they cared about us and about honoring my daughter with dignity and respect. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Crotty Funeral Home. They brought some peace to a situation that felt impossible. I only wish we had gone to them from the very beginning.

Gracias Jarret y Dona Rosa por todo su ayuda. Cumplieron 100% lo acordado. Nunca me senti sola, pues no tengo familia aqui. Me hicieron sentir protegida y cuidada. Jamas olvidaré semejante trato con respeto y cariño. Eternamente agradecida. La palabra "Gracias" se queda corta. No dude ni un minuto contratar esta compañia. Mucho éxito....Muaaa
