The facility was well maintained, and the residents and their visiting family members seemed extremely happy. I was treated very well by the staff and organizers. I absolutely loved working with them!
- GSGlenn SmithOct 20, 20255.0My mother lived here. She loved it. The staff are very friendly and the community of people have different activities such as Bingo, cornhole, crafts, coffee shop, and dining room and a bus that will take the residents to outings.

While Brookdale states they are an assisted living facility and offers assistance services for an additional fee of hundreds of dollars a month, they cannot be counted on to provide those services. If your loved one needs any assistance, they would be better off elsewhere. Edit: I’m not able to reply to the facilities comment, so I’m editing to add that I spoke up every single time there was an issue and nothing was ever corrected, and in fact got increasingly worse. The final straw was I was lied to in a text message (aka in writing) about the care of my family member and what they were currently doing for him in that moment when he was not even at the facility at that time due to an emergency room visit caused by their lack of care. I’ve since moved my family member so there’s nothing additional to address.
