The facility felt incredibly warm and inviting, especially decorated for the holidays, and the food was delicious. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. I had the chance to speak with one staff member who shared that he has been there for over ten years, which really speaks volumes—you don’t see that kind of longevity very often. It’s clear that this is a place where both residents and staff are valued. I’m very glad my mother-in-law is living here and feel confident she’s in great hands.

Brookdale owe the family a refund for the rest of the month that she wasn’t there. I have reached out to Mrs. Estrada in the billing department at the round rock Tx location every week and every way possible. Nothing but silence! BEWARE!!!!!
