All the teachers and staff are wonderful, very nice, very helpful! My daughter felt so comfortable going to daycare everyday and this is her first time in any kind of childcare so I’m very happy I made the right choice!

I will never do business will childcare network ever again December of 2017 I witness a child being grabed by his neck and jerked being told to be quiet because he was crying non stop by Victoria . When I reported the incident they tried to sweep it under the rug what makes matters worse the cameras do not even record so it was basically my word for her and had no proof for them to go back and see the video. I was so upset I removed my two year old daughter from the childcare and found another child care provider. Later on in the week I found out she told my nosey mother what happened and me and my mother had a huge argument about it that night I then contacted the director and hr and had to file a second complaint . I am so upset with the unprofessionalism vindictive and being petty trying to get back at me for reported the abuse I saw with my own eyes. I could have taken it to the news media or cps or tell other parent wat I saw and gave them a bad rep but I didnt. So with that being said be prepared to hear I’m sorry over and over again and then not doing nothing about situation cause they are excellent With keeping things on the hush hush.

My grandson has attended this facility for several years and LOVES it!!!! He learned to read, write and interact with his peers here and was beyond ready for kindergarten. Now that he is a couple of years into elementary school we worried that he wouldn't like it any longer but it takes an act of Congress to get him to leave at night. He has such a special bond with all the staff and we don't ever have to worry about him while he is there. We adore Ms. Jennifer, she goes above and beyond for my grandson and our family. This is such a great facility, I would give it 100 stars if it would let me.

The director at this location is awesome. It seems like her staff are very happy and well supported. My son's teachers have joy, communicate well with me, and manage their classrooms well. My 16 month old son loves it there, and I feel good leaving him with this crew.
