  Brookdale Sevierville is a wonderful assisted living facility. Everyone from the administration to the nurses, caregivers, food service, and maintenance workers are friendly and so helpful! They have been such a blessing in providing the best care for my mom.

  I’m just with an RX/ supply delievery service, so complete outside opinion here but let me tell you…This is the greatest senior living facility ever. I thoroughly enjoy stopping here. Jessica is such a kind, wonderful, and smiling face every time I see her! You can tell she’s extremely passionate about her job and it really shows the second you even walk in the door. In fact, I have yet to run into a single person on the entire staff that hasn’t been kind. They are all great! I truly believe the attitude and atmosphere starts with your staff and trickles to everyone else throughout the building. So whoever is in charge of the hiring seriously great job because everyone in the building gives off such wonderful energy like this is the place to be (not just from the staff either) so much so I told my fiancé and coworker if I have to ever go to a senior living please make sure it’s Brookdale. I don’t know if anyone looking for a place for a loved one or themselves will take my word with it coming from an outside source but trust me when I say sometimes we know better than anyone. They have nothing to prove to me so I truly believe I am seeing Brookdale for what it really is, which in my opinion is absolutely a top-notch senior living facility. ❤️ Thank you Jessica and all Brookdale staff for being so awesome! They are all very lucky to have to y’all!

  Mom was in the assisted living for 5 years and now in memory care. The staff is excellent, they work hard with compassion for each resident. The food is good, activities good. I would like to see more staff, the ones there now are great but over-worked. I visit almost everyday.

  We moved Dad in four months ago. The staff at Brookdale go out of their way to make residents feel comfortable, cared for and at home. Residents can keep as much independence as they are able to, and receive the care they need. Daily activity choices gives opportunities to feel part of a community while they can have privacy in their own apartments. The food here is great - Dad always mentions how good it is. I have been sharing our experience with Brookdale with our friends and recommend it highly for anyone needing daily assistance.

  The staff is wonderful at Brookdale. They are engaging and take excellent care of my mother. I feel blessed to have her taken care of and ease my family worries.
