- ABAndrew ByrdDec 30, 20251.0Got a letter before Thanksgiving in 2025 stating that the company would be increasing rates? never heard anything until I get the bill for the month of January 26 (from corp or the local facility where my moms is at) (**was an increase of almost $600 monthly) cost of living is not that much,, this is like a increase of 30% increase monthly how can they expect anyone to pay that amount and our local director stated that she would work something out with us,, been sending emails, filing reports and no word from anyone in corporate office, finally after a full day the director at local Brookdale site emailed and said she was working on it?? however the automatic draft will hit very soon and I don't think that a $600 monthly increase is fair, especially when no one calls or when they see just how much it is because they have to key it into computer, so they know how is corporate office running, nobody answers calls just AI crap I am about to get the Tennessee DHHS involved and notify the Tennessee Insurance that the raise these rates without notice and its already outrageous amount to pay each month

Sure, things can be fixed but not EVERYTHING is horrible. Chances are your complaints are ONE thing while EVERYTHING ELSE is going right. See the good things too.
