- DHDevona HallDec 1, 20251.0Wanna know one of the many reasons this center (well actually the whole company) is unsafe and not fit for kids.. constantly out of ratio, due to lack of supervision 4 year olds are getting bitten to the point skin is hanging, setting limits on classrooms but holding spots for friends, refuse to properly change children, lying on the tablet when entering info about a child's diapers etc, allowing kids of friends stay or come sick and when they don't like the parents or a kid gets on their nerves they are mean to them. If someone from the state of TN pulls in or someone from corporate they send out a mass text so every can fix what's wrong and be doing what they are suppose to be doing. This company hides so many things and sweeps stuff under the rug and does NOT self report as they are suppose to do. Here's an example of a staff member on her phone paying NO attention to the kids in her room and one of them even is autistic and tends to run out of the room. It was so bad she didn't even look up when I walked into the room. Please love your children enough to not send them there.

His shorts were so soiled that I threw them away after I cleaned him up in their restroom. He had multiple large blisters from this, evidence of them leaving him like that, so it wasn't a recent accident. Spoke to the director about it, she said it would be addressed, never heard back. Do not recommend.
