Everything about our 3 day experience was top notch....from the food to the management to the accommodations. Management absolutely cares about their residents which was evident and was confirmed after speaking with several residents. Every resident we spoke with was extremely positive about the facility. The food was top notch as well as the service. I as well as my 94 year old father would 110% recommended Brookdale Franklin!

But what we've found to be most unique about Brookdale is the staff--they are committed, involved, and caring. Recently, I was out of the country with my family when my father became ill. Though I couldn't be there, he and my mother were in good hands. An ambulance was called, their dogs were walked during my father's stay in the hospital, and his window at the hospital was full of cards from Brookdale and its residents. That peace of mind is invaluable. They are like family.
