I cannot say enough in words to express the thankfulness we have of the care that Ashley (Director) showed to both Myrna Tucker & her family. She treated us all with empathy and listening ALL the time to both concerns as well as praise. Always wanting to improve where improvement was needed, always looking for a solution to any problem. The opportunities are terrific and my MIL has not yet complained about the food. I feel like they actually care about everyone and everything. They are “doers”not just yes people. this wasn’t definite upgrade for my mother-in-law In quality and Affordability. Thank you, Brookdale for making this happen!!
