The high staff turnover is affecting the residents, leading to inconsistency in care and services. The leadership under the current Administrator is lacking, and the community just doesn’t have the warmth it once did. Many of the good managers who used to make this place feel like home are no longer here. It’s heartbreaking to see how much it has deteriorated. My family member, along with several other families, are now seriously considering moving to a different facility. This is not the community it used to be.

Family members are welcomed and encouraged to participate in events with their loved ones. Everyone knows everyone and Brookdale's enviornment is one that is like a loving family who cares about each other.
