Madison handled everything professionally and was very patient. The service and all details were just as I selected. The picture and video slides were touching. I live in another state 750 miles away and due to responsibilities at home, I could not be in PA to oversee funeral arrangements. Kniffen-O’Malley made such a difference in a stressful situation. Everything was done over the Internet, but I was always assured and felt comfortable with how they were handling things. Very down to earth, Very assured and very caring. I cannot thank Rynell, Caitlyn, Madison and Brian enough for the expert care they have given to my situation. Wonderful people to take care of your loved ones on their final journey.
