I lost my dad on 6/19/2025 and Kniffen O'Malley Leffler was recommended to me by a friend who had utilized their service in the past. From the very first conversation with Madison,I felt comfortable allowing them to handle the funeral arrangements.Madison was very warm and professional and practically held me hand through every step of the way.She offered me budget friendly options to suit my needs and requests and she was always responsive no matter what time of the day I reached out. Her attention to detail and personalizing the funeral was absolutely amazing,it brought tears to my eyes each time she added something to incorporate my culture. I was later introduced to Rynell who was no less amazing and I was reassured that she will take good care of me and my family and no lies were told. Brian was also readily available to assist and make recommendations when I needed and went above and beyond to ensure that the funeral was live streamed from start to finish. We were beyond satisfied with the services provided and we could not have been more pleased with the send off my dad got. They even provide resources to help with the grieving process and how to navigate life after loss as well as provide random check-in messages just to see how we are doing. We could not have made a better choice and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for excellent and exceptional service ❤️
