  The death of a loved one comes with a lot to process both emotionally and logistically. Snyders handled the services for my Dad. When my Dad’s health began deteriorating we met with Jackie to begin the preplanning process (HIGHLY recommended). Once he passed we were connected with Candice. Her professionalism and communication skills were EXCEPTIONAL. Our services were held at the Barn at Paradise Station. We did a few things “out of the norm” but Candice and her team took it in stride. My Dad was a pizzaholic so we offered samples of his favorite pies from a local pizza shop. When the pizza arrived, the Snyder team met the driver and carried the pies into the Barn. No matter the request it was met with a receptive ear. From the guestbook to the floral arrangements they handled everything. They even had blankets at the cemetery (it was a windy day) and gave us thank you cards to hand out to our helpers afterwards. The staff was professional, kind and efficient with every aspect of the service. We also had an opportunity to see my Dad before the services. Their preparation of his body was masterful. Seeing him really helped to bring us closure. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking such good care of our family and father.

  The whole team at the Bachman Snyder Funeral Home have impressed me with their compassionate and insight. From the moment they came out to my house to their calls and texts to see how I was doing a few days after the service, I felt cared about and informed on what was and would be happening. It was easy to talk with John Kenderdine and all the arrangements we made were wonderfully carried out. I loved the way my husband’s jackets and shirts were displayed as well as the rest of the memorabilia. The slide show was beautifully done. The pictures were thoughtfully placed. The tri-fold brochure gave us room to put treasured photos. I love the cozy feeling of the viewing room with the comfortable seating around the room. On the day of the service, the Bachman Snyder team was there to take care of all our needs. They were there to guide us in our parking and readied the viewing room for us. As we were transitioning from the viewing room to where the service would be held, we were guided as to the procedure of closing the casket. It was a very emotional time, but made so much easier by the staff. A very special and insightful move made by John was the special vault lid that he had decorated with a love of my huband-judging barbeques. The sight of it was breathtaking. What a wonderful idea. As painful a time as this has been, we were able to come away with some pleasant memories through this experience.
