At The Goddard School located in Spring House, we're more than just a daycare. The Goddard School is a private preschool, offering childcare to infants and toddlers to pre-k. Our programs are designed to nurture each child's curiosity in a safe and caring environment.
The school is top notch! From our very first visit to the school, we knew this is where we wanted to send our kids and every day since has reinforced that. The teachers are wonderful and caring and the directors put in so much work to ensure things are run smoothly.

Over the 10.5 years my kiddos have been in daycare, Goddard Springhouse is hands down the best! Love their curriculum and community that they so thoughtfully and intentionally build. Cannot sing their praises enough and genuinely sad that our littlest is graduating out soon!!

This is actually the first review that I have ever written (of anything or anyone!) but I feel compelled to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience that my grandchildren had here for the past two years. The facility is beautiful and impeccably clean both indoor and outdoor with attention to every fun and kid friendly detail. The curriculum is stimulating, engaging, and fun. Just as importantly, the staff are so personable, kind, and caring. They clearly enjoy what they do! From the moment we walk through the door we are greeted with smiles and warmth, and whether it's drop off or pick up the kids are always smiling and happy. When we pick the little ones up, the teachers take the time to let us know how their day went and anything special that happened. That means so much! The only tears that were ever shed were on our last day when we were so sad to be leaving due to moving to another state. Our family - parents, grandparents, Sam and CeCi - will miss everyone at Springhouse. We send a heartfelt thank you to all of you! We highly recommend this wonderful place!

What is a typical day at The Goddard School like?
In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
In our preschool and pre-k classrooms, we add more school preparation and readiness by focusing on academic skills as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills. Teachers support children as they investigate the world around them. Children learn how to ask and answer questions, work with others, navigate social situations and understand and communicate their own thoughts and feelings.
Our teachers expertly create supportive classrooms for all children to safely learn and test new social, academic and physical skills throughout a typical routine that includes morning and afternoon snack time, lunch, naptime, exploration time, small and large group experiences and outdoor play.

To ensure the health and safety of everyone, if an outbreak occurs and a child has not been vaccinated, they will be asked to stay at home.
