    Bright Horizons has provided excellent care for my 2 girls over the last 3 years. We love how nice and caring the staff is and our kids looked forward to learning and interacting with other kids. The teachers really made my girls feel comfortable and happy there !

    Disappointed with the daycare, my three-year-old son was only enrolled for two days. During his attendance, the app recorded him drinking and eating milk, but he ended up dehydrated and didn’t eat for ten hours. Surprisingly, despite this concerning situation, they didn’t contact me or mom. It appears that this business is more focused on profit than the well-being of the children. When I emailed to cancel his enrollment, they didn’t even bother to inquire about the reason behind my hesitation, even though I mentioned the possibility of a racial bias. Furthermore, when I picked up my son during nap time, they didn’t even provide him with his blanket, which we had sent with him. He was left in a corner, the only child without his blanket.
