  I cannot say enough about the exceptional care and professionalism provided by this funeral home. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, the staff offered compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. They guided us through every step with clarity and respect, making sure we never felt overwhelmed or alone. The facility was peaceful and beautifully maintained, creating a comforting environment for family and friends to gather and honor our loved one. Every detail—big and small—was handled with thoughtfulness, from the preparation of the service to the support offered afterward. What truly stood out was how personal everything felt. They listened, they cared, and they honored our wishes exactly as we hoped. Their dedication made a very emotional time just a little easier, and for that, we are deeply grateful. Erin, Anthony and Matthew are all wonderful! I highly recommend this funeral home to anyone seeking compassionate, professional, and respectful service during a time of loss.

  Following the unexpected death of my mother, and being new to the area, I was forced to find a funeral home in a matter of hours. I asked friends for recommendations and I heard the name Heintzelman-Stephens over and over. So glad I listened!. From the first phone call with them, all the way through to my last goodbye with my mom, I was completely impressed with the staff and their professionalism. Rodney Koch, the supervisor, was our first point of contact. He went above and beyond for our family. His dedication to his profession is evident and I’m so thankful for the respect he showed for my mom. I cannot recommend them enough!

  If you are in the Allentown area, please consider using Stephens Funeral Home! Having buried multiple family members, this has been one of the most memorable and stress-less services to plan and hold. From Sammy the amazing therapy dog who we asked for by request, to providing the atrium room for light refreshments for out of town travelers, to the smoothless tech services of Anthony on Zoom & the mic, allowing us to arrive early to setup, all the water bottles & tissues, to the A-mazing slide show with cool transitions effects, ... I could go on. And what about all the parking space! Thank you, thank you for a wonderful & commemorative experience!

  Stephen's funeral home was nothing short of wonderful to myself and my family through our time of grieving. From start to finish, they made the whole process so easy for us all, and offered nothing but compassion and support not only to my grandmother dealing with the loss of her husband, but to my whole family that was involved. We are beyond blessed to have found such a caring funeral home. Each of the services they hosted for us were absolutely perfect in every way. Matt (the owner) really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and made sure we knew we could contact him in the months to come if we needed anything. And Sammy the therapy dog was a perfect addition, too! Stephen's was truly unlike any funeral home we've ever encountered, and I speak for my whole family when I say you will NOT be disappointed in their hardwork and dedication to their jobs. Thank you, Stephen's Funeral Home, for all you did for us, and so many families like us. 100% recommend them for anyone's funeral service needs.

  It's been a year since Matthew and his staff handled the arrangements for my brother-in-law's Celebration of Life. We still reflect upon how kind, attentive, and comforting the team was and highly recommend Stephens Funeral Home.
